Responsibilities:


1. Merchandising:


* Curate and manage the inventory of rental attire, ensuring it aligns with current fashion trends and customer preferences for photoshoots.

* Collaborate with vendors and designers to source new and trendy clothing items for the photoshoot collection.

* Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings for photoshoots.

2. Trend Forecasting:


* Stay ahead of fashion trends by conducting trend forecasting to inform the curation of the rental collection and styling for photoshoots.

* Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and cultural influences to anticipate and incorporate emerging styles into the brand's offerings.

3. Market Research:


* Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, demands, and emerging trends.

* Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform merchandising decisions and marketing campaigns.

* Provide insights on consumer behavior and market trends to guide business decisions.

4. Logistics Management:


* Oversee and manage the logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of rental attire to photoshoot locations.

* Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and ensure the availability of items for photoshoots.

* Implement efficient logistics strategies to minimize costs and maximize operational efficiency.

5. Shoot Styling:


* Conceptualize and execute styling for photoshoots, ensuring the clothing is showcased in an aesthetically pleasing and fashionable manner.

* Collaborate with photographers, models, and other team members to achieve cohesive and visually stunning results.

* Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into the styling process for photoshoots.

6. Customer Interaction:


* Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content for online platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's aesthetic.
