As a Quant Analytics Professional in our Finance team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed quantitative analysis and design analytical framework to forecast key account performance and profitability drivers and improve forecasting methodologies

- Create, maintain, and enhance multi-year financial models for the business, assessing the impact of strategic decisions and trade-offs on the P&L

- Partner with leadership to set ambitious, achievable financial targets that are tied to long-term goals

- Provide informative business financial information and coordinate business financial planning and budget management

- Partner effectively with finance, marketing and technology and business teams

- Demonstrate strong ability to make business sense out of data

- Perform data deep dive and come up with clear and concise insight which translates into financial impact

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- BE/Btech degree required. Minimum 4 years experience in an analytical and financial role and should have worked on Banking products

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills

- Superior financial modelling acumen

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

- Experience in using Data extraction and Data analysis tools like SAS/SQL/Alteryx/Python

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Knowledge of Tableau will be an added advantage

- Financial Analysis experience an advantage. Experience in retail finance or Credit card finance within a bank a big plus

- Experience in discounted cash flow valuation a plus
