Our Insights & Analytics group partners with global pharmaceutical and biotech clients to solve complex commercial and clinical challenges using real-world data, predictive modeling, and deep domain expertise.We believe in empowering consultants to take ownership, learn continuously, and drive innovation in how healthcare data is used to inform business and patient care decisions.Role SummaryAs an Associate Consultant – RWD, you will be a core member of our project teams, focused on generating actionable insights from real-world data sources such as claims, EMRs, and patient registries. You will work with leading life sciences organizations to tackle questions related to patient journeys, treatment pathways, market access, and commercial effectiveness.This is a remote role based in India, offering the opportunity to collaborate with global clients and cross-functional teams across Acuitas360.Key Responsibilities- Leverage real-world data (claims, EMRs, etc.) to support decision-making across commercial and medical strategy. - Generate insights related to treatment patterns, patient journey, line progression, and outcomes. - Conduct exploratory and targeted data analyses using SQL, Python, R, or SAS. - Translate data insights into compelling visualizations and presentations using tools like Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Participate in client meetings and support project delivery by preparing deliverables, status updates, and documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, domain experts, and client stakeholders. - Contribute to developing thought leadership and internal knowledge assets in the RWD domain.What You Will Bring- 3–6 years of experience in analytics or consulting roles in the healthcare, life sciences, or med-tech industry. - Hands-on experience working with real-world data such as medical/pharmacy claims, EMR, lab, or registry data. - Strong programming skills in SQL, and proficiency in R/Python/SAS for data analysis. - Understanding of epidemiological study design and experience analyzing anonymized patient-level datasets. - Educational background: MBA, MSc, or equivalent with a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills. - Exposure to agile project methodologies and ability to manage tasks across multiple priorities. - A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through data-driven decision-making.Why Join Acuitas360- Work on cutting-edge real-world data analytics in the fast-evolving life sciences space. - Be part of a high-impact, collaborative team solving meaningful problems. - Access to continuous learning, mentorship, and career development opportunities. - Flexible work environment and a strong commitment to work-life balance. - Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with industry standards.
