Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth execution across departments.

- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strong in people management, and capable of driving efficiency to support Toprankers' growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (academic, marketing, HR, tech) for smooth execution of projects/events.

- Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, infrastructure, vendors, logistics).

- Handle vendor management, procurement, and cost optimization.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare MIS/operational reports, and suggest improvements.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety norms, and legal requirements.

- Lead and mentor the operations team, driving accountability and performance.

- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Contribute to strategic planning and execution of large-scale events, training programs, and new initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and data reporting.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of proven experience in operations management (preferably in the EdTech/Education sector).

- Experience in handling cross-functional teams and vendor management.
