Factory Supervisor

Job Title: Factory Supervisor (Marble / Granite)

Location: Bahrain

Salary: 300 BD per month

Contract Duration: 2 years (Renewable)

Working Hours: 8 hours per day + Overtime

Accommodation, Medical, and Transportation: Provided by the Company

Food Expenses: To be borne by the Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the marble and granite production process.
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of finished products.
• Monitor and maintain production quality standards to ensure all items meet required specifications.
• Manage and lead a team of factory workers, ensuring they follow safety regulations and operational protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in marble/granite production or a related field.
• Proven track record of supervisory experience in a factory or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of marble and granite processing, cutting, polishing, and finishing techniques.
