About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-orientedGeneral Managerto lead our beverages distribution business in Bahrain. The role demands strong commercial acumen, operational excellence, and governance discipline. The successful candidate will drive growth across multiple channels while ensuring compliance with all regional regulations and group standards. Key ResponsibilitiesLead overallP&L ownership, driving revenue, margins, and cost efficiency. Define and executechannel strategiesacross on-trade, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce. Develop and implementportfolio, pricing, and route-to-market strategies. Manage relationships with brand principals and key customers. Overseesupply chain, warehousing, and logisticsoperations. Ensure compliance withexcise, VAT, customs, and local licensingframeworks. Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team aligned to growth and compliance KPIs. Drivedata-driven decision-makingthrough dashboards, CRM, and ERP insights. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degreerequired;MBA or equivalentpreferred. 15–18+ yearsof experience with at least7+ years in beverages or regulated product distributionat scale. Proven track record ofbrand portfolio management,key account leadership, andrevenue growth. Experience managingmulti-site retail/wholesale operationsandlogistics environments. Strong understanding ofGCC market dynamicsand compliance standards.
