The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience indata modeling using Erwin, a deep understanding ofMedallion architecture, and strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality data models.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintainconceptual, logical, and physical data modelsusingErwin Data Modeler. Implement and optimizeMedallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers)for data pipelines and analytical systems. Collaborate withdata engineers, business analysts, and architectsto define data modeling standards and best practices. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficientdata models. Ensure data consistency, quality, and governance across multiple systems and environments. Participate indata architecture reviewsand provide guidance on database design and performance optimization. Supportdata lineage, metadata management, anddata cataloginginitiatives. Collaborate with thebanking domain teamsto ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.Required Skills & Experience Minimum6 years of experienceindata modelingwithin large-scale enterprise environments. Strong hands-on experience withErwin Data Modeler(or equivalent data modeling tools). Proven experience inMedallion architecture (Bronze–Silver–Gold layers)and modern data lake design. Deep understanding ofdata warehousing concepts,ETL/ELT design, anddata governance. Solid knowledge ofSQLand experience working withrelational and NoSQL databases. Exposure tocloud data platforms(e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and moderndata engineering ecosystems. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Prior experience working onbanking or financial services projectsismandatory.Good to Have Familiarity withDatabricks, Snowflake, or Azure Data Factory. Knowledge ofCDC (Change Data Capture)anddata integration patterns. Understanding ofdata quality frameworksanddata cataloging tools(e.g., Collibra, Alation).
