About the Role:We are looking for a dynamicMerchandise Managerto oversee and manage all merchandising activities. This role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and brand management skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and business alignment.Key Responsibilities:Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and quality standards to maintain brand integrity.Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to manage orders, ensure clarity on collections, and close sales efficiently. Address client queries, feedback, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.Store Liaisoning: Act as the point of contact between the brand and partner stores. Ensure brand presentation, visual merchandising, and stock displays align with brand guidelines.Merchandising & Sourcing: Identify and source the best places for merchandise displays, pop-ups, and events. Research and propose new locations and opportunities for brand placement and expansion.Event Representation: Travel to events, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the brand professionally. Support setup, coordination, and sales during brand events and showcases.Order & Inventory Coordination: Oversee order tracking, stock movement, and timely client deliveries. Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams for seamless execution.
