Application Development Advisor

Position Overview:

The ECM Team and FileNet application suite have an immediate opening to operationally support these existing LOB applications. The resource is expected to perform all application management duties for Production Support, IT Operations, Development and Configuration of current infrastructure and new demand in a team environment, through all phases of the SDLC. Key components include FileNet, P8 Loader and CEBIT, and Content Navigator.


The resource will work with business users and leaders to understand business needs, determine solution requirements, configure solutions based on the requirements, provide level 2 and 3 support for the application and all solution monitoring for day-to-day operations. The resource will work in a team environment with other OnBase and FileNet team members. The resource is expected to be a self-starter, able to balance their individual workload, and broader operations within and without the OnBase and FileNet team.


Responsibilities:

  • Daily operations of FileNet systems (checking monitoring, alerts and overall system health)
  • End user ticket research, action and closure
  • Requirements gathering for new user requests
  • Development of FileNet, P8, CEBIT
  • Implementation of developed solutions
  • Additional development as assigned for middleware services


Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Experience in utilizing, FileNet, and P8 Loader and CEBIT
  • Ability to manage Content Navigator administration, configuration and support
  • Ability to program and build custom scripting in Java, SQL, and DB2
  • Take ownership and accountability of the application/tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong influencing / negotiation skills.
  • Have a passion to learn and a desire to simplify.
  • Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills.
  • Strong time and project management skills.


Required Experience & Education:

  • 8 10 years of experience
  • Experience with working in Agile environment.
