  • Must have managed the Paid Media channels- Google, Meta, Linkedin, Twitter
  • Must have interfaced with platforms for issue resolution – Meta / LinkedIn / Twitter and Google Platforms
  • Hands-on in operations, optimization and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • This is a non-remote role.
  • Experience in managing international clients is a plus
  • Experience in managing vernacular campaigns is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement paid social media advertising strategies
  • Ad Campaign Management: Set up and manage advertising campaigns on various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achieve optimal ROI.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize audience targeting options to reach the most relevant and high-converting audience segments.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and identify the most effective strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and communicate campaign performance and insights to the marketing team or clients.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in social media advertising platforms and algorithms.
  • Compliance: Ensure all paid social campaigns adhere to platform policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in paid social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Creativity and a good understanding of social media trends and user behavior.
  • Proficiency in using advertising analytics and reporting tools.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
