Location: Kochi, Kerala

REFM will work on office and facility management, associated logistics, track and close statutory requirements and document.

Duties also include negotiating commercial agreements and procurement agreements with vendors to get quality service for value for money

Essential Requirement:

Right aptitude and attitude

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Exposure to Microsoft office tools

Flexible on timing

MBA in business operations and or Logistics/hospitality/Finance

Good to have:

Prior experience in this area

Exposure to international community

A curious and enthusiastic learner.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Proactive approach to responsibilities.

Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information.

Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to handle and work under pressure
