Job Description:
· Migration Experience of Endpoints from SCCM, to Intune and co-management of endpoints between SCCM & Intune and workload sharing.
· Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, compliance rules, settings, Apps, and provisioning packages.
· Knowledge all Platform enrolment type for Android, windows and Team meeting room devices
· Good Knowledge on Active Directory, Azure Active directory
Responsibilities:
1. Intune Infrastructure Management:
· Design, implement, and maintain the Microsoft Intune infrastructure.
· Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of Intune services.
· Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Intune with existing systems.
2. Policy and Configuration:
· Develop and enforce security policies and configurations using Intune.
· Configure and manage conditional access policies to ensure secure device access.
· Implement compliance policies for devices and applications.
3. Application Management:
· Administer application deployment and management using Intune.
· Troubleshoot application-related issues and ensure seamless integration.
· Stay updated on new application deployment technologies and best practices.
4. Device Management:
· Manage device enrolment, provisioning, and lifecycle using Intune.
· Implement and maintain device compliance and security features.
· Provide advanced troubleshooting for device-related incidents.
5. Integration and Automation:
· Integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 services for seamless operations.
· Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks and processes.
· Collaborate with scripting and automation teams for efficient workflows.
6. Security and Compliance:
· Implement and manage security baselines for devices.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
· Conduct security audits and assessments on Intune configurations.
7. User Support and Training:
· Provide L3 support for escalated Intune-related issues.
· Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and IT staff.
· Create documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues.
