Location:Mumbai (On-site) Duration:Full-Time | Immediate Start Eligibility:Recent graduate / final-year student (Business, Agri, Tech, or related fields)About Bharat Intelligence Bharat Intelligence is building theThinking Engine for Bharat— an AI-powered platform transforming India’s rural economy.Backed bySahyadri Farms , we’re creating India’s firstAI-driven agri-labour and input marketplace , digitising how farmers hire labour, access inputs, and receive advisory — starting with Maharashtra’s horticulture belts.This role offers an opportunity to workdirectly with the founderson strategic projects spanning operations, partnerships, product, and growth.Role Objective You will work at the intersection ofstrategy, operations, and product , helping the Founder’s Office drive key initiatives — from farmer digitisation and labour platform operations to AI product development and investor reporting.Key Responsibilities Support the founders oncross-functional projects— strategy, product, marketing, and ground operations. Coordinate with field, tech, and partner teams to ensure smooth execution of ongoing pilots and partnerships. Conductresearch and data analysison horticulture markets, input commerce, and farmer behaviour. Preparepresentations, reports, and dashboardsfor internal reviews, partners, and investors. Assist in building and refiningprocesses, SOPs, and contentfor WhatsApp and CRM systems. Liaise with external stakeholders — FPCs, startups, NGOs, and agri-ecosystem partners. Managefounder priorities and follow-ups , ensuring high-velocity execution across teams.Who You Are Curious, analytical, and execution-driven with strong problem-solving ability. Excellent communication (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred). Comfortable working in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats. Interest inagriculture, technology, and rural innovation.
