The company is looking for bright diploma mechanical, civil and electrical engineers with exceptional academic achievements and a keen desire to make a career in pump industry to train its next cohort of pump designers. The company builds 25 to 30 new pumps each year and this allows the designers good exposure both in empirical and analytical design methods using CFD and FEA tools. Additionally, company supports academic and experimental work in pump design.
