Role Overview :

We are seeking a technically proficient and self-driven MEAN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in full-stack JavaScript development and a working knowledge of React.js. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications, integrating third-party services, and collaborating across teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) with additional modules in React.js.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party APIs and SDKs such as Stripe, Razorpay, and Zoho.

- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and security through optimized backend and frontend development.

- Implement automated unit and integration testing using tools like Jasmine, Karma, Mocha, or similar frameworks.

- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and continuous refactoring for better code maintainability.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, QA teams, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality features as per sprint goals.

- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize for scalability, and maintain code quality through clean and modular programming practices.

Required Technical Skills :

Proficiency in MEAN Stack development :

- MongoDB: Schema design, aggregation, and performance tuning.

- Express.js: Middleware architecture and REST API development.

- Angular (v10+): Component-based architecture, RxJS, and state management.

- Node.js: Asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and performance tuning.

- React.js: Working knowledge of React components, hooks, and lifecycle methods.

- Experience integrating secure, scalable REST APIs and microservice-based backends.

- Proficient with tools like Git, Postman, Swagger, and familiar with CI/CD pipelines.

- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Clear, structured problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications & Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Docker for containerization and deployment.

- Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) or other cloud environments.

- Experience working with SaaS product development or subscription-based systems.

- Understanding of microservices architecture, authentication protocols (OAuth2, JWT), and data security best practices.

- Experience using Jira, ClickUp, or similar project management and tracking tools.

- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Collaborative team player with an agile mindset and proactive attitude.

- Logical thinker with the ability to propose optimized solutions and improvements.
