About the Role Aerio Global is hiring a Front-End Developer to join one of our U.S. clients’ growing technology teams. This is a full-time, long-term remote position based in India. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to build clean, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces that scale.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain modern front-end features using React, Next.js, or Angular.Work with APIs and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration.Translate Figma or design mockups into clean, maintainable code.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.Write reusable, modular, and well-documented code.Collaborate with U.S.-based teams via Slack, Jira, and daily standups.Qualifications3+ years of professional experience as a front-end developer.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue).Experience with REST APIs, Git, and responsive design principles.Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar).Strong English communication and ability to work U.S. business hours (or partial overlap).Bonus: Experience with UI/UX collaboration, TailwindCSS, or unit testing.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive monthly compensation (paid in INR).Full-time, long-term role with a U.S.-based client.Opportunity to work with modern tech stacks and global teams.Supportive onboarding and ongoing account management through Aerio Global.If you’re passionate about crafting beautiful, performant user interfaces and want to work with a global tech team — we’d love to meet you.
