What you’ll do:

  • Lead Game Mechanics Design: Spearhead the conceptualization and development of innovative game mechanics that align with the company's vision and gameplay objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to define and design the game’s vision and overall player experience.
  • Dynamic Game Balancing: Constantly monitor gameplay metrics and player feedback to implement real-time adjustments and maintain an engaging player experience.
  • Partner with Data Science and Product management team in the Post-release reviews, such as analyzing player data and feedback, identifying and addressing player journeys, and developing future updates and roadmaps.
  • Content Updates: Plan and execute regular content updates, including new features, levels, and characters, to keep the game fresh and engaging.


  • Manage one of the game design areas for one of the leading games.
  • Develop new and maintain current game mechanics
  • Work with balancing maintenance and issues
  • Create great games and win the hearts of players



What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar position
  • Participation in released projects in mid-core, city builder, Action arcade, etc.
  • Experience working in large mobile game dev companies or working on comparably-sized titles
  • Understanding the market and trends
  • Ability to drive and achieve the goal
  • Passion for mobile games and gaming experience
  • Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science with Game Design course.
  • Unity experience and common implementation tools through balancing are a must.
