To amplify our digital presence and engage our growing community, we are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager & Video Editor who can craft compelling stories, create engaging visuals, and manage our social channels with flair.(All selected candidates will be on GVCC payroll but will be working exclusively for SkyGloss.)About the RoleThis role is a blend of strategic social media management and hands-on video editing. You’ll be responsible for managing SkyGloss’s online presence across platforms, creating content that resonates with our audience, and producing high-quality videos that showcase our brand, products, and community.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility.- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.- Create engaging content (reels, stories, carousels, shorts, behind-the-scenes).- Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize content based on insights.- Stay on top of automotive, lifestyle, and social media trends to keep SkyGloss ahead of the curve.Video Editing- Edit and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, ads, product demos, and customer stories.- Work with raw footage to create engaging reels, shorts, and long-form content.- Add transitions, effects, captions, and background music for impactful storytelling.- Ensure brand consistency across all video and creative outputs.Qualifications & Skills- Proven experience in social media management and video editing.- Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media algorithms.- Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability and visual aesthetics.- Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) are a plus.- Passion for the automotive / lifestyle industry is highly desirable.Why Join SkyGloss?- Be part of a fast-growing premium brand in the automotive care space.- Creative freedom to experiment and showcase your ideas.- Opportunity to work on exciting projects with strong community engagement.- A collaborative environment where creativity meets passion for cars and detailing.✨ At SkyGloss.com, we don’t just shine cars — we create experiences.
