Role Overview:

As a Lead Stylist at ODN, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the quality standards for our Bangalore studio. You will be responsible for improving the shoot quality and setting new benchmarks for standards from a styling & art direction perspective. This position requires a blend of creativity, trend awareness, and strong collaboration skills.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Guide and mentor junior stylists, promoting collaboration and maintaining high creative standards aligned with client expectations.
  • Organize and oversee multiple photoshoots, coordinating with photographers, models, and set designers to optimize productivity across various styling bays.
  • Prepare and style outfits, props, and layouts according to project briefs, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal for e-commerce platforms.
  • Research and stay updated on fashion and industry trends, adapting styles to meet market demands and enhance brand relevance in content.
  • Enforce quality control across all styling elements, ensuring high standards for visual content.


Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in fashion styling, with a demonstrated track record in a lead or senior stylist role.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively lead teams and collaborate with agency partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, textiles, and styling principles, with a passion for staying on the cutting edge of the industry.


Education:

A degree in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, or a related field from NIFT, Pearl, or a recognized fashion institution is required
