• Standardize systems & processes for planning & scheduling functions across the company

• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules in collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders.

• Provide SME support to the SBU and project teams during the preparation of Project Plans

• Conducting planning workshops to assist project teams in the preparation of project schedules, detailed workface/micro-plans as required.

• Visit project sites for progress reviews, interventional support in getting client approvals on baseline plans, preparation of catch-up plans, delay analysis, review of EoT documents

• Conduct periodic schedule quality checks in sync with SBU/SBG project control

• Provide schedule review and guidance on schedule risk identification for proposals as a part of the peer review process

• Establish governance through MIS & senior management reviews and provide oversight for multiple projects across different SBGs and SBUs within the organisation

• Establish and track Project ratings and project performance metrics; providing strategic decision support based on data and insights

• Review of project closure status, review & approval of project closure reports

• Support in recruitment & load balancing between SBG/SBUs

• Establish academy with L&D for developing & training high quality planning resources

• Consolidate Knowledge Management (repository of industry best practices, lessons learned) related to project planning, scheduling and control
