Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, PM- Operational Excellence.
In this role, you’ll will be responsible for end-to-end program management.
Responsibilities
• Project governance & delivery
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business stakeholder goals. 
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and budgets (where relevant) ensuring on-time delivery.
• Track progress using team Kanban board(s), adjusting plans as needed.
• Cross-functional coordination:
• Own project execution, ensuring alignment and orchestration between process mining architects/engineers, IT, and business teams
• Process mining architects/engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements and proper data extraction, transformation, and pipeline setup
• Technology & IT teams for system integrations, security, and compliance 
• Business SPOC to ensure any requirements are clearly documented
• Stakeholder & risk management
• Engage with process SPOC and SMEs’ to align on priorities.
• Identify risks (e.g., data quality issues, regulatory constraints) and escalate/resolve them proactively.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations (GDPR, BCBS 239, SOX) in process mining projects.
• Reporting & documentation
• Provide updates on project status, ROI, and process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain clear documentation (e.g. project charters, RAID logs).

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Basic understanding of SC Business landscape, products, functions
• Effective E2E Program Management 
• Senior Stake holder management
• Influencing without Authority 
• Good communication and articulation skills
• Oversee project lifecycle, coordinate teams, manage timelines.
• Allocate/manage resources, ensure availability.
• Effective communication channels for regular updates.
• Risk management plan with mitigation strategies.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Bachelor degree from a reputable university
• Strong experience in banking field, with proven track record in leadership role in Project Management of Information Technology projects.
