EHNOTE provides specialty-based EHR, Practice Management, and Patient Engagement solutions to physicians in order to streamline clinical operations, enhance administrative activities, and optimize revenue generation.


Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting and managing webinars, maintaining public relations (PR) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, managing product sales, and coordinating effectively with the team to ensure seamless operations and marketing activities.


Key Responsibilities:


Webinar Management:

  • Plan, organize, and conduct webinars to engage with potential and existing customers.
  • Develop webinar content and collaborate with subject matter experts.
  • Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, promotion, and technical setup.
  • Track and analyze webinar performance metrics to improve future sessions.

Public Relations (PR):

  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the company’s image and increase brand awareness.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and influencers.
  • Monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign effectiveness.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Product Sales Management:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet product sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights.

Team Coordination:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Ensure effective communication and information flow within the team and across departments.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in conducting and managing webinars.
  • Strong understanding of PR and CRM principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM and other marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
