Designation: Manager - US Life InsuranceExperience: 10+ yearsJob Location: Allianz Services, PuneJob Description:Must Have- Experience in managing a medical underwriting team for a US life insurer - Knowledge of end to end medical underwriting guidelines for a US Life insurer will be preferred - Handled teams with a minimum team size of 10 to 30 members - Knowledge of reinsurance / financial underwriting / ability to handle new transitions will be an added advantage - Preferably from a medical / pharma educational backgroundResponsibilities- Communicating with clients, presenting dashboards, exploring opportunity areas for providing additional services, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. - Managing the operational workflow, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs, overseeing the team's performance and training needs - Guiding and enhancing the knowledge of a team of associates and fostering a positive work environment. - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. - Identifying areas for improvement in processes, implementing changes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both team members and clients. - Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.Disclaimer: We at Allianz believe in a strong inclusive culture that encourages people to speak their minds, get involved and question the status quo.
