You’ll support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and help maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food under the guidance of senior chefs. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas. - Follow recipes and techniques to ensure consistency in food preparation. - Ensure food is stored and prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. - Assist in receiving and checking the quality of ingredients and supplies. - Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture. - Be proactive in learning and improving culinary skills.Requirements:- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (1–2 years preferred). - Culinary diploma or relevant certification is an advantage. - Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, hygiene, and safety standards. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions precisely. - Strong teamwork and time management skills. - Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits. - Opportunities for training and career development. - A creative and dynamic work environment. - Staff meals.
