- Strive to meet yearly productivity goals.

- Source suppliers tailored to project requirements.

- Conduct cost analysis and negotiate terms with suppliers.

- Regularly update prices based on currency and raw material fluctuations.

- Develop and finalize purchasing agreements with suppliers.

Strategic Purchasing Planning:

- Implement supplier consolidation initiatives.

- Conduct market analysis to benchmark 35% of expenditure annually.

- Continuously refine Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), lead times, and payment terms for optimal efficiency.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:

- Collaborate with commodity and supplier quality teams to align with overarching corporate purchasing strategies.

- Provide monthly reports and updates utilizing purchasing tools such as OTTO & AOC.
