Roles & responsibilities :

Seeking a talented UI Developer with a passion for creating intuitive and impactful user experiences for AI-driven products and technologies. The UI developer will play a critical role in shaping the user interface and experience of AI solutions, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business goals.

This role involves close collaboration with AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design interfaces that make complex AI technologies accessible and effective for end-users.

Key responsibilities include :

UI Design & Development :

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for AI products, ensuring they are easy to use and meet the needs of diverse user groups.

- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components that ensure consistency across AI products and platforms.

- Develop user interfaces and front-end components for web and/or mobile applications based on design specifications and user requirements

Collaboration with AI and Development Teams :

- Work closely with UX Designer, AI engineers, product managers, and software developers to integrate AI models and technologies into user interfaces seamlessly.

- Collaborate on the design of dashboards, data visualizations, and interaction patterns that help users understand and interact with AI-driven insights and recommendations.

- Conduct thorough testing of UI components to ensure functionality, performance, and responsiveness

Quality Assurance :

- Participate in design reviews and provide technical feedback on UI/UX designs.

- Conduct thorough testing of UI components to ensure functionality, performance, and responsiveness.

- Identify and resolve UI-related bugs and performance issues.

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of UI style guides and component libraries.

Performance and Optimization :

- Optimize UI components for maximum performance and scalability.

- Implement techniques for code splitting, lazy loading, and other performance enhancements.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG).

- Utilize browser developer tools for debugging and performance analysis.

Educational qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

- Certifications in UX/UI design, user research, or related areas are advantageous.

Work experience :

- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on designing interfaces for complex, data-driven applications.

- Proven experience designing user interfaces for AI products, data visualizations, or enterprise software is highly desirable.

Skills :

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with solid understanding React, Angular, or Vue.js

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Vuex).

- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend services.

- Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Parcel).

- Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks is a plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to create innovative design solutions that enhance user experiences.
