Job Title:Technical Manager – Gen AI & Computer VisionLocation:Bangalore ( Immediate Joiner) Experience:4+ Years About the Role We are looking for aTechnical Manager – Gen AI & Computer Visionwith hands-on expertise inDeep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI (LLMs, GPT, Diffusion Models). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end AI solution development — from research to deployment — using cutting-edge frameworks and tools for real-world applications. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a small AI engineering team focused on Computer Vision and Gen AI projects. Design, develop, and optimize AI models forobject detection, image segmentation, OCR, and video analytics. Work onLLM-based solutions(prompt engineering, API integration, multimodal AI). Drive innovation usingsynthetic data generation, GANs, diffusion models, and transformers. Deploy AI models onedge devices (Jetson, Raspberry Pi)and incloud environments. Collaborate with product, research, and customer teams to convert POCs into deployable solutions. Maintain high performance, scalability, and accuracy standards across all models. Required Skills Strong programming inPython Expertise inPyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Keras Experience withYOLOv5/v8, UNet, ResNet, 3D CNNs, OCR frameworks (CRAFT, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR) Hands-on withLLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or custom LLMs) Knowledge ofDocker, FastAPI, Streamlit, andedge optimization (TensorRT, OpenVINO) Good understanding ofMLOpsand AI deployment pipelines Excellent problem-solving, research, and innovation mindset
