Job Timings : 10 AM - 7 PM Salary : Upto 6 LPA Work Mode : Work From OfficeAbout the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveFresher Chartered Accountantto join ourUS Accounting team . The role involves supporting accounting cleanup, month-end closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting processes for US-based clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified CA looking to build a strong foundation inUS GAAP ,QuickBooks Online (QBO) , and international accounting practices.Key Responsibilities: Assist inaccounting cleanupby reviewing and correcting historical data, classifications, and reconciliations. Supportmonth-end and year-end closing processes— including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. Maintain and reconcileaccounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgeraccounts. Prepare and reviewbank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and intercompany transactions . Ensure accuracy and compliance withUS GAAPand internal accounting policies. Collaborate with senior accountants and US client teams to address accounting discrepancies. Assist in generatingfinancial reportsand management dashboards. Participate inprocess improvement initiativesto streamline accounting workflows.Required Qualifications & Skills: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)– freshly qualified or up to 1 year of post-qualification experience. Strong understanding ofbasic accounting principles and standards(knowledge of US GAAP preferred). Proficiency inExceland familiarity with accounting software such asQuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
