Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Engineer / Integration Engineer with strong expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL Imports, HCM APIs, and reporting tools. Functional knowledge of Compensation and Equity modules in Oracle HCM is a significant plus. Experience with Mulesoft and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is desirable but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and implement integrations and data flows between Oracle HCM and external systems using HCM Extracts, HCM APIs, and HDL/SDL.

2. Develop and support data conversion, reports, and Fast Formulas as part of HCM implementations or ongoing operations.

3. Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements, especially in Compensation and Equity domains.

4. Utilize reporting tools such as BI Publisher and OTBI to meet business analytics and reporting needs.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM integrations, data loads, and functional configurations.

6. Participate in design, testing, and deployment activities in both implementation and post-go-live phases.

7. Maintain documentation of integration design, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

8. Engage in stakeholder communications and cross-functional coordination to ensure solution effectiveness and alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations: HCM Extracts, HDL/SDL, HCM APIs.

2. Proficient in developing and managing reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.

3. Functional knowledge in Compensation and Equity modules is highly desirable.

4. Good understanding of Fast Formulas, security roles, and HCM data structures.

5. Optional but preferred: experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and/or Mulesoft.

6. Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

8. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
