Candidates from other locations can be considered for Work from HomeNotice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)Mandatory Requirements:Proven experience in hiring for outsourcing clientsMust have recruited for IT profiles like Big Data Engineers, Project Managers, Backend Engineers, Product Owners, etc.Candidate must have their own laptopMust have incentive proof of past hiring achievementsSkills Required:Strong expertise in full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, closure)Ability to understand technical requirements and effectively engage with tech candidatesExperience working with ATS, LinkedIn, Naukri and other sourcing toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSelf-driven and able to work independently in a target-driven environmentRoles & Responsibilities:Manage recruitment for outsourcing clients across various technical roles (Big Data, Project Management, Backend Engineering, Product, etc.)Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidatesCoordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring processMaintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular updates on hiring statusMeet and exceed monthly/quarterly hiring targets with a focus on quality and turnaround time#ITRecruitment #Talentacquisition #Headhunting #sourcing #ATS #recruitment #WFH #Immediatejoiner #Hiring
