Team Development and Culture:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals, empowering them to achieve individual and collective success.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
Leadership and Vision:
- Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategic roadmap for the agency's growth and expansion.
Client Relationship Management:
