Job Title: .Net Architect with Healthcare Domain (8+ Years of Experience)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced .Net Architect with a strong background in the healthcare domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing .Net applications and solutions for healthcare organizations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and design and develop .Net applications and solutions for healthcare clients. 2. Lead the design and architecture of scalable, high-performance, and secure .Net applications, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). 3. Develop and maintain technical documentation for .Net applications, including design specifications, architectural diagrams, and user manuals. 4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the quality and consistency of the team's work. 5. Participate in code reviews, quality assurance, and testing processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and secure applications. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in .Net development and healthcare IT, and incorporate relevant insights into the team's work. 7. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables. 8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide support and maintenance for existing .Net applications. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in .Net development, with a focus on healthcare applications. 3. Strong knowledge of .Net technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. 4. Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and ICD-10. 5. Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Azure or AWS, and containerization platforms, such as Docker or Kubernetes. 6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. 7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 8. Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Certifications in .Net, Azure, or other relevant technologies. 3. Experience with healthcare-specific software development platforms or tools, such as Cerner, Epic, or Allscripts. 4. Experience with mobile application development, including iOS and Android platforms.
