In this role, you’ll help businesses, institutions, and industries transition to solar and sustainable energy solutions. If you’re driven by growth, innovation, and impact — this is your chance to shine🚀 Key Responsibilities Convert qualified online leads into successful business deals. Pitch and build strong client relationships across industries — builders, schools, hospitals, hotels, and corporates. Present and promote EPC offerings such as Solar PV, BESS, EV Infra, and Clean Energy Solutions . Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Maintain accurate CRM pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups. Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for proposals, surveys, and project documentation. Stay informed on solar industry policies and market trends across Karnataka and India. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering , or related field. 1–4 years of field or B2B sales experience (preferably in solar, renewable, EPC, or industrial solutions). Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated and target-driven personality. Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
