We are looking for an experienced HR professional to fill the role of HR Senior Executive to help set up and manage people-centric strategies, processes and practices that can improve people's work experience. This role is crucial in managing HR functions and systems, as well as compliance of labor laws and regulations, policies, while driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all significant HR operations that highlight important milestones throughout an employee's lifecycle. Ensure the Company adheres to all Policy regulations, standards, and ethical practices. Assess and draw up best practices that can help improve employee well-being and work life. Manage the administration of company policies and benefits and leave management. Optimize and maintain HR systems, databases of employee records, and our HR Management Systems, including leave management. Identify gaps in HR operations and implement process improvements. Standardize HR workflows and ensure adherence to best practices. Collaborate with internal teams for performance management, engagement, and policy implementation. Handle audits, and HR reports for decision-making. Connect one-on-one with employees from time to time for general feedback. Work with senior leadership to ensure all HR practices are followed as required. Leverage HR analytics and process automation for operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or a similar role in a medium-sized organization. Strong knowledge and experience in a company's compliance of labor laws, regulations, and payroll processes. Proficiency in working with HR Management Systems, payroll systems, and data management tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
