With expertise in Workforce Management, Application Development, Support, IT outsourcing, and more, Better Future Solutions delivers high-quality software and business services globally.Role Description :Job Title : ServiceNow Developer Order Management for Telecom ModuleExperience : 4+ Years in ServiceNow Development, with CSM and Telecom Order Management experienceLocation : Bangalore, Hyderabad, chennaiKey Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.- Develop ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications to meet telecom order management needs.- Configure and customize Order Management modules to enable seamless handling of product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows.- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS/BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments.- Support UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes.- Follow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and ITSM best practices.Required Skills :- 4+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module.- Experience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and/or ITSM is an advantage.- Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service Portal.- Telecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and Fulfillment.- Ability to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guides.- Experience in working in Agile/DevOps environments.Certifications :- ServiceNow Certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Telecom Order Management certification) (ref:hirist.tech)
