Position: Course Anchor Senior Associate – Personal Branding Location:Fully Remote |Compensation:₹50,000 + IncentivesWho we are looking for You haveexcellent oratory skillsand the ability to confidently interact withsenior professionals, corporate leaders, and entrepreneurs . You thrive on teaching and mentoring, and you can command a virtual room with presence, energy, and credibility. We will train you on the content and delivery of our Personal Branding program, but exposure to areas likeexecutive presence, public speaking, outreach, or personal brand buildingwill be a strong advantage. You are empathetic, approachable, and an outstanding communicator who can connect with people across industries. Whether you come from a background incorporate communications, HR, leadership coaching, media/PR, or consulting(or elsewhere), what matters most is your ability toteach, mentor, and inspire senior professionals .What you will be doing Teachsessions in our Personal Branding program for mid to senior-level professionals and entrepreneurs.Mentor learners individually, guide them through personal branding exercises, and provide feedback onpublic speaking, LinkedIn presence, and executive communication .Facilitatemock sessions and workshopsto help learners practice and polish their executive presence.Support learners in building confidence and projecting credibility in professional contexts.Contribute to improving course experience with new ideas and learner-focused approaches.What we value Strongexecutive presenceand ability to engage a senior audience.Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.Openness to learning new content and pedagogies.Prior exposure to personal branding, corporate communications, or leadership development is preferred but not mandatory.A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping professionals grow.
