We’re building a state of the art platform at the intersection of AI, technology, & finance.Join our founding team from IITs, HBS, Goldman, Quadeye, and high growth AI startups, to build scalable, low-latency systems from scratch and shape the future of global commodity trade.ResponsibilitiesBuild and own core systems end-to-end - design, implement, deploy, and scale high-performance, concurrent, and fault-tolerant microservices. Work across the stack: backend, frontend, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) with full DevOps ownership. Translate product and risk-modeling requirements into robust, production-ready software. Ensure performance, observability, and reliability through strong engineering practices. Establish engineering standards and mentor future hires as we grow.Requirements4+ years of experience building high-scale, low-latency distributed systems. Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency. Hands-on proficiency in Java or Golang. Strong familiarity with microservices architecture, APIs, messaging, and async design. Experience deploying and maintaining services on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Prior exposure to B2B tech or high-growth startup environments. Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines & agentic systems will be a plus. High agency: proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
