Role Description :

- This is a full-time Oracle PPM Functional Consultant role with HIKING IT.

- As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Oracle PPM implementation and support.

- This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being based in Hyderabad but allowing for flexible remote work.

Qualifications :

- Oracle PPM Functional Consultant - 1 role

Location :


- Hyderabad or Bangalore (HYBRID - 3 days a week onsite in office)

Shift :


- Flexible to work in shifts (12 pm to 8 pm IST, 2 pm to 10 pm IST, 6:30 pm to 2 am IST)

Length : 12 months

Start : ASAP

Job Description :


- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant to join our team.

- As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Cloud PPM solutions for our clients.

- You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to project portfolio management.

- Design and configure Oracle Cloud PPM applications to meet client needs, including setup, configuration, and customization of modules such as project planning, resource management, financial management, and collaboration.

- Lead workshops and meetings with clients to demonstrate Oracle Cloud PPM functionality and gather feedback.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to solution design, configuration, and user training materials.

- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including data migration, testing, and end-user training.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud PPM functionality, configuration, and integration with other systems.

- Stay current with Oracle Cloud PPM product updates and enhancements, and assess their impact on existing implementations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud PPM applications.

- Strong understanding of project management processes and methodologies, including project planning, resource management, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including Project Financial Management, Project Resource Management, and Project Collaboration.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies, such as Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Oracle Cloud Implementation Framework (OCIF).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Oracle Cloud PPM certification(s) is a plus.
