Key Responsibilities: ·Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for clients across sectors. ·Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements. ·Review financial statements, audit working papers, and supporting documentation. ·Identify and resolve accounting, auditing, and reporting issues. ·Coordinate with clients’ management teams for smooth execution of audits. ·Guide and mentor junior team members and review their work. ·Stay updated with changes in accounting/auditing standards and regulatory frameworks. Requirements: ·Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). ·Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit. ·Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, Companies Act, and audit methodologies. ·Experience with listed/unlisted companies preferred. ·Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills. ·Ability to handle multiple assignments independently.
