Responsibilities :
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including implementation, support, and upgrade projects for PeopleSoft FSCM P2P modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement custom configurations, workflows, and integrations using PeopleSoft tools like Application Engine (AE), PeopleCode, Application Package, Component Interface, Integration Broker, AWE (Approval Workflow Engine), and BI Publisher.
- Demonstrate in-depth hands-on experience with PeopleCode, SQR report writing, and BI Publisher for creating reports and dashboards.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize P2P operations.
- Build and maintain custom tools and accelerators to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users on PeopleSoft P2P functionalities and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring project clarity and client satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members to foster knowledge transfer and build a strong team environment.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 6+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and tools version 8.5x.
- Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft E-Procurement, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Travel & Expense modules.
- In-depth technical expertise in PeopleSoft tools: Application Engine (AE), PeopleCode, Application Package, Component Interface, Integration Broker, AWE, BI Publisher, and SQR.
- Proven experience in developing custom configurations, workflows, and integrations using PeopleSoft tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience with the entire PeopleSoft project lifecycle (implementation, support, upgrades).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively train and mentor others.
Desired Skills :
- Experience with PeopleSoft security best practices.
- Experience with data migration tools (PeopleSoft Data Mover, etc.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
