Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Archer Consultant with expertise in developing, optimizing, and maintaining applications and dashboards on the Archer platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proven ability to deliver solutions in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop applications, questionnaires, dashboards, and workflows using the Archer platform.
  • Translate business requirements into Archer technical solutions.
  • Create and enhance custom objects using JavaScript or other programming languages supported by Archer.
  • Configure and manage Archer fields, layouts, and data-driven events.
  • Develop workflows using advanced workflow capabilities.
  • Integrate Archer with other systems using data publication, data import, and data feed methods.
  • Create and optimize searches, reports, and dashboards.
  • Manage Archer users, roles, and groups, including configuring notifications.
  • Handle translations and optimize existing applications without impacting other functionalities.
  • Customize and improve the default Archer user interface for better user experience.
  • Develop test cases and facilitate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
  • Build and install packages on multiple Archer instances.
  • Support in creating user documentation and conducting user training sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 6–9 years of relevant experience in Archer development.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and values.
  • Experience in regulated environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, research, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
