Job Responsibilities


1.AI Integration:

•Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and identify opportunities for AI integration.

•Design, develop, and implement generative AI models tailored to the edtech sector.

•Ensure AI models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

2.Automation:

•Develop and deploy automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

•Implement and monitor automated workflows to enhance operational productivity across departments.

3.Collaboration:

•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including educators, product managers, and developers, to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.

•Provide training and support to staff on the effective use of AI tools and technologies.

•Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and adoption of AI initiatives.

4.Research and Development:

•Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies.

•Experiment with and evaluate new AI models and techniques to continuously enhance the company’s offerings.

•Lead initiatives to pilot and scale AI solutions.

5.Data Management:

•Ensure the effective collection, storage, and analysis of data used for AI models.

•Maintain data privacy and security in compliance with relevant regulations.

•Implement best practices for data governance and quality management.


Qualifications


•Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field from a reputed institution.


Experience


•Proven experience in AI integration and automation, preferably in the edtech sector.

•Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

•Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and generative models.

•Experience using model hubs like Hugging Face.

•Share details about the generative AI projects you have completed.

•Share your GitHub repository if you have one.

•Skills:

•Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

•Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Strong communication and collaboration skills.

•Demonstrated ability to manage and lead AI projects from concept to implementation.


Preferred Qualifications


•Previous experience working in the edtech sector.

•Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

•Familiarity with educational technologies and tools.
