The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern application architecture, Azure cloud-native development, and distributed systems while demonstrating leadership in delivering enterprise-grade, secure, and high-performance solutions.Role Overview As a.NET Core / C# Developer , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-based solutions onMicrosoft Azure . You will be responsible for developing robust APIs, integrating third-party services, implementing automation through CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards. This role requires hands-on experience in.NET Core, C#, REST APIs, microservices, Azure services , andDevOps practices . You will also have the opportunity to work withAI-assisted development tools(like GitHub Copilot) and contribute to building intelligent, compliant applications in an agile, high-performance environment.Key Responsibilities 1. Application Development Design, develop, and maintain applications using.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC , andRESTful Web APIs . Implement scalable and securemicroservices architecturesusingAzure Functions, Service Bus, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) . Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to optimize performance and maintainability. Write clean, efficient, and testable code aligned withSOLID principlesand best practices. 2. Cloud-Native Engineering Develop and deploy applications onAzure Cloudleveraging services likeApp Services, Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Event Grid , etc. Work oncloud migration projects , rearchitecting monolithic systems into microservices and serverless architectures. Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems in cloud environments. 3. Integration & API Management Design and implementRESTful APIswithOAuth2, JWT authentication , andAPI Gateway management . Integrate withthird-party APIs, payment gateways, and data exchange systems . Ensure efficient communication between services usingAzure Service Bus ,Event Hubs , orKafka . 4. DevOps & Automation Implement and maintainCI/CD pipelinesusingAzure DevOps, GitHub Actions , orJenkins . Managecontainerization and orchestrationusingDocker and Kubernetes (AKS) . Conductunit testing, integration testing , and applyTDD (Test-Driven Development)principles. 5. Security & Compliance Implementdata security, encryption, and authentication/authorization controlsfor applications handling sensitive data. Ensure compliance withGDPR, PCI-DSS , and other financial data regulations. Integrate and supportfraud detection systems, compliance automation tools, and risk scoring models . 6. Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Data Engineering) to ensure seamless delivery. 7. Continuous Improvement LeverageAI-powered code assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine)to enhance productivity. Advocate formodern development practicessuch asInfrastructure as Code (IaC) , automation, and continuous delivery. Drive innovation in cloud adoption, performance optimization, and operational efficiency.Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Skills .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#— advanced proficiency in application and API development. Azure Cloud Services— experience with App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Service Bus, Logic Apps. Microservices Architecture— hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling microservices. RESTful API Design— strong understanding of API design principles, versioning, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2/JWT). Multithreading & Distributed Computing— solid understanding of concurrency, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems. Queuing Mechanisms— experience withAzure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka . Database Skills— advanced proficiency inSQL Serverincluding stored procedures, performance tuning, and schema design. Containerization— expertise inDockerandKubernetes (AKS)for microservice deployment.
