Mo Mantra is a full-service creative and digital marketing agency based out of Andheri East focused on creative ideas. In about a year of operations we have our clients scattered in various industries which include majorly real estate and others from finance, tech, etc to name a few.

 Job Summary:  

We are seeking a dedicated Graphic Designer to join our growing company. You will collaborate with other designers to create effective and eye-catching posts and campaigns to increase our user base. As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text. 

Responsibilities: 

● Illustrate your idea in various looks and styles & designing the visual identity in terms of art style, typography, colors

● Creating storyboards/screens on the basis of script/brief

● Presenting animations and articulating animation decisions

● Up-to-date with industry developments , maintaining consistency throughout the project 

● Think creatively and develop new design concepts , graphics based on client's needs

● Create visual assets for digital campaigns,websites,social media,presentations & branding projects

● Work collaboratively with the creative team to brainstorm and execute design concepts and new ideas

● Support senior designers on multiple client accounts

● Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all visual communications

● Participate in feedback sessions and iterate designs based on input

● Good Knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques.

● Hands-on experience with softwares like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Coreldraw , Figma , Canva

● Proficiency in After Effects and Premier Pro is a plus 

● Brainstorming and bringing new ideas that suits the concept  

● Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery

Skills:

● Creative and imaginative mindset and passion for animation

● Able to work under pressure & able to achieve deadlines

● Have an interest in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques.

● Active participation in the production of arts, graphics & animations

● Maintaining graphic styles throughout the project as per directions

● Prepare visual elements and stunning animation align with art directions

● Understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory

● Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

● Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity

● Familiarity with digital trends and social media design best practice

    Experience: 2 to 5 years

    Education : Any Graduation (Fine Arts preferred)   

    Work Model : Work from Office (On site)

    Working Days : Monday to Friday (& any 2 Saturdays are off)

    Working Hours : 10:30am to 7:30pm  

Salary Range :As per the industry standards

Office Address : Suren Road,Gurunanak Petrol Pump,Chakala, Andheri East,Mumbai ,400053.
