Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of scalable web application development, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployment.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications using MERN stack.

- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable code with strong focus on performance and security.

- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive applications.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability.

- Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deployment, monitoring, and scaling.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and release cycles.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security standards.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs / GraphQL.

- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap, and responsive design.

- Proficiency in database design, indexing, and query optimization in MongoDB.

- Experience with version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and CI/CD tools.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration Qualifications :

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Functions).

- Knowledge of TypeScript.

- Understanding of DevOps practices and monitoring tools.
