Should have shipped at least 10 titles to play store/appstore/windows store/steam. Understanding of complete workflow is must from requirements gathering to developing flow and plan, executing milestones and sprints, quality assurance, User Experience and publishing to stores based on guidelines.Game developer will work with experienced design and development team to deliver high quality products to clients and maintaining them.Technical requirements:Unity 3D version 4 and aboveProfiling and performance tuningExperience in programming with C#, design patterns, OOPsUnderstanding of Shaders their variants and usageExperience with Lightmapping, Animation and MecanimExperience with Asset BundlesServer client API integration with JSON, XML, Plists, Web services, Micro services, SQL integration and queriesLevel designing implementation using editor tools and programmingExperience with Editor and Inspector programmingShould work with designers and provide them tools for implementation of graphicsUnderstanding of design requirements and implementation approachExperience with Multiplayer games, Real time and turn based games, Race condition handling, synchronisation, lag compensationKnowledge of particle effects and shader programmingMust have knowledge of version control tools like Git, Sourcetree, Github, etc. experience with Gitflow, git merge, branching, rebasingKnowledge of Physics engine and 3D mathsShould be able to handle a team for timely and quality deliveryExperience with creating requirement gathering, project milestones, weekly sprints, code review, code quality and delivery management.Knowledge of native SDK development for Plugins developmentShould be comfortable with working on existing code and fixing bugs in itGeneral Requirements:Should have a creative vision to convert a requirement into playable versionShould be passionate about gamesGood communication skills and should be comfortable with audio/video communication with clientsCrisis management skills in terms of shorter deadline and higher workload, should be able to take responsibilities and decisions whenever requiredShould be able to accept challenges
