Partner closely with senior stakeholders across different internal functions to define & lead strategic initiatives that can support the achievement of business goals. - Work with functional TA teams to drive operational excellence, adopt data-driven decision making and implement best practices. - Highly Metrics-driven individual with team-handling experience. - Driving the full spectrum of supply management from a COE standpoint. - Identifying and partnering with external providers/vendors/partners as required to ensure hiring needs are met. - Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement. - Establish best practices around sourcing function
