Job Summary:

The role involves developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens brand positioning, engages target audiences, generates prospective leads, and drives business growth. By leveraging an integrated, multi-channel approach, the manager ensures consistency in messaging and maximizes the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across digital, print, public relations, and other communication platforms.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Research:

  • Conduct marketing research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategies.
  • Develop data-driven plans, aligning marketing campaigns with business goals.
  • Assess emerging trends and digital innovations to enhance brand communication.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to define messaging that resonates with target segments.

Planning & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in budget development and track expenditures.
  • Identify target audiences and develop effective campaigns.
  • Provide recommendations on pricing, product positioning, and promotional activities.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Present findings and plans to senior management.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to communicate complex data effectively.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure alignment of strategies.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to gather feedback and market intelligence.

Other Duties:

  • Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends.
  • Maintain organized records of research and planning documentation.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing research and planning, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
