Position: SCCM Administrator

Location: Pune

Duration: Contract to Hire


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Center Administrator to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), with a proven track record of managing and maintaining enterprise-level IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

· SCCM Administration:

o Manage and maintain SCCM infrastructure, including software distribution, patch management, and operating system deployment.

o Perform SCCM configuration and deployment of software and patches.

o Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health and performance issues.

o Create and maintain SCCM reports and dashboards.

· SCOM Administration:

o Configure and maintain SCOM infrastructure, including monitoring rules, alerts, and dashboards.

o Integrate SCOM with ITSM tools like ServiceNow for incident and change management.

o Monitor and troubleshoot SCOM performance and health issues.

o Develop and maintain SCOM reports and dashboards.

· General System Administration:


· 8-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on SCCM and SCOM.

· Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

· Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.

· Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Certifications:

· Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

· Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

· ITIL Foundation Certification
