Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our Project Delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules for our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. This role is crucial in ensuring project milestones are met, resources are effectively allocated, and risks are managed proactively.


Key Responsibilities:


Scheduling & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including master schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and detailed task schedules.


Coordinating & Monitoring:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of all project activities.
  • Monitor project progress against key milestones and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present project progress reports, including S curves and other relevant schedule performance metrics.


Analyzing & Identifying Risks

  • Analyze project schedules, focusing on resource curves, float consumption, and the impact of delays.
  • Identify potential risks to the project schedule and implement corrective actions to mitigate them.


Supporting Other Workstreams:

  • Provide planning support and insights to other functions, including engineering and procurement.



Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project planning, specifically in EPC projects.
  • Proven track record in managing complex project schedules.


Skills:

  • Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
